Growing up, I had a tough life. From quarreling and negligent parents , severe allergies and adhd. My Adhd was diagnosed later on in life. I had hard time completing projects. mixed things up and hard time in school and to top it all bad eye sight which later in life I knew I needed glasses.

From being called names to being bullied.

Things never worked out well for me . Lack of finance i dropped out of school and never made it to college. My education has been merely through experience and the school of hard knocks. Also I had the burden of tacking care of my siblings due to my parents not being present. With an extremely high cortisol level I rapidly gained weight, lots of mood swings with anxiety and depression. Damage to my body had been done due to extremely stressful situation I try to manage to overcome problems one step at a time and now I am in a better place.

I started this blog so people with similar issues or interest might find it useful. Here I talk about my personal journey and other experiences I have come across. With a sprinkle of technology and an interest in learning.

Do or do not there in try.Push yourselves to become a better version of yourself. The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today.Work helps you to focus and keep evil thoughts at bay.

Life is all about balance. You don’t have to always be getting stuff done. Sometimes its perfectly okay, and absolutely necessary , to shutdown, kick back and relax.
